With this document (“Information Note”), the Data Controller, as defined below, wishes to inform you of the purposes and methods of processing of your personal data and of the rights granted by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”).

This Information Note applies solely to the processing of personal data relating to the website www.omnidecor.it and www.shop.omnidecor.it (the “Site”).

1. Who is the Data Controller

The data controller is OmniDecor s.r.l. (“OmniDecor” or the “Data Controller”), with head office at via del Lavoro snc, 64023, Mosciano Sant’Angelo (TE), Italy.

2. Which personal data do we process

2.1 Common personal data

Personal data provided by you through the Site forms are processed for the purposes indicated in article 3:

• Name, surname, address, telephone number, email address, and other data provided by you.

2.2 Navigation data

Computer systems and programs used to operate the Site collect personal data such as IP addresses, requested resource URIs, request time, method of request, file size, status code of server response, and other parameters of the user’s IT environment. These data are used for anonymous statistics and site operation, and are deleted after processing. They may be used for investigation in case of cybercrimes against the Site; otherwise, data is not stored for more than seven days.

2.3 Cookies

OmniDecor may collect personal data using cookies and other technologies. Cookies are small text files stored on your device but not identifying you personally. 3. Purposes and legal grounds for processing

3.1 Execution of the contract and fulfilment of legal obligations

Your personal data will be processed for purposes related to contract execution and legal obligations. Consent is not required. Data will be retained only as long as necessary for legal compliance.

3.2 Management of your request

Your data will be processed to respond to requests via forms or site registration. Legal basis: handling a user request. Storage: max 6 months unless you choose to remain registered.

3.3 Marketing

Upon your request, OmniDecor may process your data to send commercial or editorial communications. Legal basis: consent. Consent can be revoked anytime at privacy@OmniDecor.it.

4. Nature of processing and consequences of refusal

Providing data for 3.1 purposes is mandatory; refusal prevents processing. For 3.2 purposes, data provision is optional; refusal only prevents marketing communication.

5. Methods of processing

Data is processed using paper, digital, and telematic tools, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with GDPR Article 32.

6. Disclosure of personal data

Data may be shared with employees, consultants, or third parties providing services such as IT support, logistics, professional consultancy, and authorities. Some may act as separate Data Controllers or as appointed Data Processors under Article 28 GDPR.

7. Your rights

Under Articles 15–21 GDPR, you may exercise the following rights:

• Right of access
• Right of rectification
• Right to cancellation (right to be forgotten)
• Right to limitation of processing
• Right of objection
• Right to data portability
• Right to submit a complaint to the Italian Data Protection Authority (Piazza di Montecitorio n. 121, 00186 Rome, RM)
